■ Expected Impact
- Existing internet connections (sessions) may be disconnected during the maintenance.
- Mobile data communication may be temporarily unavailable at times during the work.
- Connections may also be difficult to establish shortly before and after the maintenance window.
■ Troubleshooting (If you cannot connect after maintenance)
If your device does not automatically reconnect to the internet after the maintenance is completed (after 6:00 AM), please try the following steps on your device:
- Toggle Airplane Mode ON and OFF
(Turn on “Airplane Mode,” wait for a few seconds, and then turn it off.)
- Toggle Mobile Data ON and OFF
(Go to your settings, turn off “Mobile Data” temporarily, and then turn it back on.)
- Restart Your Device
(If the steps above do not work, please completely power off your device and restart it.)
