About Points

■ Point Accumulation

- Earn 1 to 10 points for every 100 yen spent, depending on your member rank.

- Points are calculated based on the product subtotal, excluding point usage, shipping fees, and other transaction fees.

- If a discount coupon is used, points will be awarded based on the discounted product price.

- The pending points shown in the cart are calculated before discounts, so they may differ from the actual points awarded. Please check your point history on My Page after shipment.

- Points will not be displayed on the checkout screen. Please check your point history on My Page after your order is shipped.

■ Point Usage

- Use points as 1 point = 1 yen to pay for the product subtotal on your next purchase.

■ Point Expiration

- Points earned from product purchases are valid for 365 days from the date of accumulation.

- Points earned from other activities (newsletter subscription, reviews, referrals, etc.) are valid for 90 days from the date of accumulation.

- Points not used within the validity period will expire and become invalid.

■ Point Reflection Timing

About Referral Points

You can refer multiple friends.
If your referred friend makes a purchase at the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE within 30 days of invitation, both you and your friend will receive 500 points.

[How to Earn Referral Points]

STEP 1: Log in and find your "Referral Code" on My Page.

STEP 2: Share your referral code with friends and family via email or social media.

STEP 3: Your friend registers as a new member and enters the shared referral code on their My Page.

STEP 4: When your friend makes a purchase at the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE, both of you will receive 500 points.

For the Referrer (The one who shares the code)

Points will be awarded when your referred friend makes their first purchase at the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE within 30 days of entering the code.

Other Precautions

If you hold multiple member accounts under different email addresses, the integration of purchase amounts is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

Purchase history made as a guest user without logging in to an account is also excluded from the calculation of cumulative purchase amounts and point accumulation (retroactive application is not possible).

If you withdraw from the membership, you will be excluded from the DHA MOBILE Membership, and cumulative purchase history, member rank, and accumulated points cannot be restored under any circumstances.
