About Points

■ Point Accumulation

- Earn 1 to 10 points for every 100 yen spent, depending on your member rank.

- Points are calculated based on the product subtotal, excluding point usage, shipping fees, and other transaction fees.

- If a discount coupon is used, points will be awarded based on the discounted product price.

- The pending points shown in the cart are calculated before discounts, so they may differ from the actual points awarded. Please check your point history on My Page after shipment.

- Points will not be displayed on the checkout screen. Please check your point history on My Page after your order is shipped.

■ Point Usage

・Use points as 1 point = 1 yen to pay for the product subtotal on your next purchase.

⚠️ Important Notice for Using Points in Currencies Other Than Japanese Yen (e.g., USD, TWD) The point loyalty program is based on the store's primary base currency, Japanese Yen (JPY, where 1 point = 1 JPY). Therefore, when shopping in foreign currencies, please note the following operational specifications:

1. Maximum Point Limit per Transaction
When purchasing in a foreign currency (such as TWD or USD), point redemption values are not automatically converted into foreign currency values within the input form.
This safeguard ensures that the point cap operates strictly on the numeric price limit, preventing points from exceeding the actual purchase value.
Consequently, even if you hold 1,000 points, if your order subtotal is "761 TWD", the maximum points you can apply is "761 points". Please note that you may not be able to apply your entire point balance in a single transaction.

2. Real-Time Exchange Rates and Minor Discrepancies
The actual discount applied to your checkout uses the real-time exchange rate at the exact time of order completion.
(For example, when viewing in USD, 100 points may be displayed as approximately "$0.64 USD equivalent").
Due to currency conversion rates, slight variances or decimal roundings may occur between the nominal point value and the final discount amount in foreign currency.

■ Point Expiration

- Points earned from product purchases are valid for 365 days from the date of accumulation.

- Points earned from other activities (newsletter subscription, reviews, referrals, etc.) are valid for 90 days from the date of accumulation.

- Points not used within the validity period will expire and become invalid.

- You can check the expiration date of your points on My Page.

■ Point Reflection Timing

- Points will be reflected in your account once the shipment of your purchased product is completed.

■ Member Ranks and Point Rates

- Your member rank is determined by your cumulative spending, and the point rate changes accordingly.

- Your rank changes immediately once your cumulative spending exceeds the threshold.

■ Checking Points and Expirations

About Referral Points

You can refer multiple friends.
If your referred friend makes a purchase at the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE within 30 days of invitation, both you and your friend will receive 500 points.

[How to Earn Referral Points]

STEP 1: Log in and find your "Referral Code" on My Page.

STEP 2: Share your referral code with friends and family via email or social media.

STEP 3: Your friend registers as a new member and enters the shared referral code on their My Page.

STEP 4: When your friend makes a purchase at the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE, both of you will receive 500 points.

Other Precautions

*Inability to Merge Multiple Accounts:
If you hold multiple member accounts under different email addresses, the merging or transferring of purchase history and accumulated points is strictly prohibited under any circumstances due to security and system operational policies.

*Guest Purchases:
Purchases made as a guest without logging into an account are excluded from the loyalty program, and cumulative purchase amounts or points cannot be applied retroactively.

*Account Deletion:
If you cancel your membership, you will forfeit all DHA MOBILE Membership privileges. Under no circumstances can accumulated purchase history, member ranks, or points be restored.

*Changes to Program Terms:
The conditions, member benefits, service content, and operational methods of this loyalty program are subject to modification, temporary suspension, or termination at our discretion without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
