About Points

■ Point Accrual

- Earn 1% to 10% back in points for every 100 JPY spent, depending on your membership tier.

- Points are calculated based on the net product total, excluding point redemptions, shipping fees, and transaction fees.

- When using a discount coupon, points will be awarded based on the discounted product total.

- The pending points shown in the cart are calculated before discounts. Please check your point history on My Page after your order is shipped for the final points awarded.

- Points will not be displayed during the checkout screen. Please check your point history on My Page after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

■ Point Redemption

- Points can be redeemed as 1 Point = 1 JPY to pay for product totals on your next purchase.

■ Point Expiration

- Points earned from product purchases are valid for 365 days from the date they are awarded.

- Points earned from other activities (newsletter subscription, product reviews, referrals, etc.) are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

- Points not used within their validity period will expire. Please check your expiration dates on My Page.

- You can check your point expiration details on My Page.

■ Point Reflection Timing

- Points will be officially added to your account once the shipment of your purchased items is completed.

■ Membership Tiers and Point Rates

- Your membership tier is determined by your cumulative spending, and your point reward rate will adjust accordingly.

- Your tier upgrades automatically as soon as your cumulative spending meets the required threshold.

■ Checking Your Points

- Log in to your account to view your current balance and expiring points on My Page.

Referral Program

You can refer as many friends as you like!
When a referred friend registers and makes their first purchase at the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE within 30 days of receiving their invitation, both you and your friend will receive 500 points.

[How It Works]

STEP 1: Log in to My Page and find your unique "Referral Code."

STEP 2: Share your Referral Code with your family and friends via email, social media, or messaging apps.

STEP 3: Your friend registers as a new member and enters your Referral Code in the designated section at the bottom of their My Page.

STEP 4: Once your friend completes their first purchase, both of you will receive 500 points!

For the Referrer (The Person Who Shared the Code)

You will receive your referral points once your friend registers your code and makes their first purchase within 30 days.

*The referred friend must be a first-time shopper at the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE.

Points will be automatically added to your account after your friend's order has been shipped. Please check your point balance on My Page.

For the Referred Friend (The Person Who Received the Code)

Create a new account at the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE, and enter the Referral Code you received in the input box at the bottom of your My Page.

Complete your first purchase within 30 days of entering the code to receive your 500 points. Points are automatically awarded after purchase; please check your My Page.

*If you hold multiple accounts under different email addresses, we cannot consolidate your purchase history or point balances under any circumstances.

*If you close your account, your membership will be canceled, and your cumulative spending history and tier status cannot be restored.

A No, you do not. To keep your personal information secure, DHA MOBILE uses a passwordless "One-Time Verification Code" system. Simply enter your email address and the code sent to your inbox to log in safely and quickly to your My Page at any time.

Q I am shopping for the first time. When should I register?

A You are automatically enrolled in our point program as soon as you make a purchase. No pre-registration is required. If you wish to check or use your earned points after your purchase, simply log in to your My Page using the email address you used for that purchase.

Q Where can I check the points I earned from my previous purchase?

A Go to the login screen of My Page and enter the email address you used for your purchase. Once you log in with the verification code sent to your email, you can immediately check your point balance (1 Point = 1 JPY) and your order history.
