Information on Mileage Accumulation

Customers who have purchased our products can request JAL mileage accumulation through this page.
Please review the "Information on Mileage Accumulation" below and submit your request using the form at the bottom.

Mileage Earned Earn 1 mile for every 200 JPY (tax included) of the total purchase amount (fractions rounded down).
Eligible Products All products (Domestic/Overseas SIM cards, eSIMs, Wi-Fi routers, and top-up data plans).
Ineligible Items Shipping fees, various payment fees, and setup options are not eligible for mileage accumulation.
Application Deadline Please apply within 30 days from the date of purchase.
*Please note that miles cannot be accumulated if the application is submitted after the deadline.
Accumulation Timing Miles will be credited within 2 to 3 months after the submission of this form is completed.
Important Notes - Corrections to mileage requests after submission and late applications cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
- If there are any errors in your input, miles will not be credited. Please be sure to double-check your information before submitting.

Precautions for Application

  • Please accurately enter your English name (uppercase, no symbols) and your 7 or 9-digit membership number exactly as registered with the JAL Mileage Bank (JMB).
  • If you are using a mobile carrier email, you may not receive our automated confirmation email. Please use a PC email address such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail.
