Q. Which products and plans are eligible for this service? ▼
A. "Nippon SIM" plans with ICCID starting with [898108] and "Yodobashi SIM" are eligible. For Nippon SIM starting with [898103], please use the dedicated recharge site. For Softbank plans starting with [898102], please check via Softbank's dedicated check page.
Q. Where can I find my ICCID? ▼
A. It is printed on the back of your physical SIM card, or written in the email sent upon purchase. For eSIMs, please check your confirmation email or your phone's cellular settings menu. It is usually 19–20 digits.
Q. Can I switch from a Daily Plan to a Fixed-Data Plan (or vice versa)? ▼
A. No, switching or recharging between Daily Plans and Fixed-Data Plans is not supported. This page will automatically display only the recharge plans that correspond to your currently active plan type.
Q. Why are no inquiry results displayed? ▼
A. Please verify that your ICCID is entered accurately without missing numbers. In some cases system synchronization may take a moment, so please wait briefly and try again.
Q. When is the recharge purchase and payment cut-off time? ▼
A. The cut-off for ordering a recharge is 17:59 (JST) on your plan's expiration date (orders cannot be received after 18:00 due to daily system updates). Furthermore, if payment is not completed by 19:00 (JST) on that same day, your order will become void (refunded) and the original SIM/eSIM will also be permanently deactivated. In that case, you will need to purchase a brand-new SIM card, so please be sure to complete payment on time.
Q. For fixed-data plans, when does the new plan switch over? Does leftover data expire? ▼
A. For fixed-data plans, the system automatically switches to the standby plan as soon as your remaining data reaches 0.5GB. Leftover data at that point will be carried over and added directly to your new plan, so none of your remaining data is lost.
Q. Can I move my eSIM to another smartphone? ▼
A. No. Once registered on a device, an eSIM cannot be transferred to another phone (no profile reissuance). Physical SIM cards also cannot be reissued if lost or broken, so please handle them carefully.
Q. When does the recharged plan become active? ▼
A. Your purchased recharge plan will initially be registered as "Standby (Queued)". When your current plan reaches its expiration date, or when a fixed-data plan reaches 0.5GB remaining, the standby plan will automatically activate and start.
Q. Do I need to recharge immediately after running out of high-speed data? ▼
A. No, immediate recharging is not strictly required. Even after your high-speed quota is used up, you can continue using the internet at low speed (max 128 kbps) until your current plan's validity period expires. You only need to recharge if you desire comfortable high-speed browsing.
Q. Can I queue multiple standby plans at the same time? ▼
A. No. Each SIM line can only hold a maximum of 1 standby plan at a time. You cannot purchase another while a standby plan is already queued. Please purchase your next plan after your current and standby plans have finished.
Q. Can I recharge after the recharge deadline has passed? ▼
A. No. Once the recharge deadline has passed, that line can no longer be recharged under any circumstances. If you wish to continue using our service, you will need to purchase a new SIM / eSIM plan separately.
Q. Can I cancel or refund a recharged plan? ▼
A. We regret that due to telecommunications system specifications, changes, cancellations, and refunds cannot be accepted once payment is complete. Please double-check your ICCID and plan details before ordering.
