This Important Explanation describes the usage fees, service conditions, and usage precautions for "Nippon SIM" (Type: Wireless Internet Dedicated Service, hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). Please be sure to read the terms and conditions and precautions listed below. This Service is provided based on the "Nippon SIM Terms of Use" established by DHA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company").

■ Precautions for Use

  1. This Service utilizes the networks of NTT Docomo, SoftBank, or KDDI, but for plans other than the original carrier plans, these are not services provided by NTT Docomo, SoftBank, or KDDI.
  2. The data communication coverage areas for this Service correspond to each carrier's 5G/4G/LTE/3G. Please confirm the coverage areas on the websites of NTT Docomo, SoftBank, or KDDI. However, even in coverage areas, communication may not be possible in locations where radio waves are difficult to reach, such as indoors, underground parking lots, behind buildings, tunnels, and mountainous areas.
  3. This SIM card is loaned to customers for providing this Service. Cutting or processing the SIM card is prohibited.
  4. For plans other than the original carrier plans, this Service is a product for using MVNO data communication services.
  5. Minors (under 18 years old) cannot apply.

■ Fees and Usage Period

Fees and usage periods are as listed on dhamobile.jp.

  1. This Service begins when communication is established using the SIM card/eSIM (hereinafter "SIM") necessary for customers to use this Service.
  2. Regardless of the above usage period, the SIM will become invalid if the expiration date noted on the SIM or package has passed.

■ Regarding Communication Speed

  1. The theoretical maximum speed varies depending on the coverage area within the 5G/4G/LTE network and compatible devices. Data communication at the maximum speed of the 3G area is possible outside the 5G/4G/LTE area.
  2. If our company confirms that a certain amount of communication data has been exceeded, we may terminate the service or limit the speed for a certain period thereafter.
  3. Communication speed is the maximum value in the high-speed communication facility areas of NTT Docomo/SoftBank/KDDI at the stage when facilities are in place and does not guarantee that speed at the current stage.

■ Regarding Bandwidth Restrictions (Communication Speed Limitations)

To ensure fairness among contractors and provide this Service smoothly, we may restrict the speed or communication volume for communications using communication methods that continuously and extensively occupy bandwidth, such as video playback and file exchange (P2P) applications. If communication time restrictions are imposed, contractors cannot claim any damages against our company due to communication time restrictions.

■ Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

  1. As this Service is a best-effort type service, our company does not guarantee the quality of communication through this Service.
  2. Our company does not guarantee that this Service is completely free of defects due to the high complexity of internet and computer technology, communication infrastructure, and networks.
  3. During the repair or restoration of telecommunications equipment, the data and information recorded on the electrical equipment may change or be lost. Except in cases where damages are caused by our company's intentional act or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages to customers.
  4. We shall not be liable for any troubles arising between customers and other parties (including unauthorized account use) through the use of this Service.
