Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

About Fees

For cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds due to customer convenience, the following fees will be charged.
■ Before shipping: 1,100 yen
■ After shipping: 1,100 yen + shipping fee

When Returns Are Possible

・Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and within 7 days of arrival. Please contact the support center (support@dhamobile.jp).
・Returns are not accepted after opening.

About Return Shipping Fees

・In case of initial defects, the store will bear the cost.
・In case of customer convenience, the customer will bear the cost.


About Refunds

・Full refund will be given in case of initial defects or company reasons.
・Refunds due to customer convenience will incur the same fees as above.
