DHA Corporation
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules that DHA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and members must comply with regarding the use of the membership service "DHA MOBILE Membership" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on the DHA MOBILE ONLINE STORE (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definition of Member)
A member is an individual who agrees to these Terms and Conditions and completes the prescribed procedures to join the Service. Minors may join only with the consent of their legal guardian.
Article 3 (Member Benefits)
- Members are entitled to receive points based on the purchase amount on the Site and other benefits determined by the Company.
- Member ranks are set based on cumulative purchase amounts, with different point rates and benefits for each rank.
- Members may receive newsletters, campaign information, and other communications, with any communication costs borne by the member.
- Member benefits and rights cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- The Company may change, revise, or discontinue benefits without prior notice.
Article 4 (Point Granting Method)
- Points are granted for eligible transactions such as purchases and campaign participation on the Site as designated by the Company.
- Points will not be granted for purchases or transactions outside the Site.
- The Company determines point rates, quantities, timing, and expiration conditions, and members shall comply accordingly.
- Payments made using points are excluded from point granting.
Article 5 (Point Validity Period)
- Points granted for purchases are valid for 365 days from the grant date.
- Other points are subject to validity periods separately determined by the Company.
- Points expire automatically after the validity period and cannot be used thereafter.
- The Company is not responsible for compensation or refunds for expired points.
- Points are forfeited upon loss of membership, and members have no claims against the Company regarding such points.
Article 6 (Point Usage)
- Points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen toward partial or full payment of products on the Site.
- The Company may set and change eligible products and usage conditions for points.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points granted for returned or canceled products will be deducted; any shortfall may be claimed by the Company from the member.
- Points can only be used by the member and are prohibited for use by third parties.
- Members must strictly manage their user ID and password; the Company is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized use.
Article 7 (Prohibited Acts Regarding Points)
- Transfer, resale, pledge, or collateralization of points is strictly prohibited.
- In cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or legal violations, the Company may suspend or cancel point usage or membership, and members must comply.
Article 8 (Change of Registration Information)
Members must promptly update any changes to their registration information on the Site. Failure to do so may result in loss of benefits.
Article 9 (Withdrawal)
- Members may withdraw at any time. Points and benefits held at withdrawal will be invalidated.
- Withdrawal requests must be made via the Site's contact form (https://store.dhamobile.jp/pages/contact).
Article 10 (Loss of Membership)
- The Company may suspend or revoke membership without notice and invalidate points and benefits if:
- False information is registered or updates are neglected causing operational issues.
- These Terms are violated.
- Points or benefits are fraudulently used.
- The Company deems the member inappropriate.
Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
- The Company collects and uses personal information for:
- Providing and managing member benefits and services.
- Providing information on events, campaigns, products, and services.
- Service improvement, marketing, and statistical analysis.
- Responding to inquiries.
- Important notices regarding services and systems.
- The Company manages personal information appropriately and does not disclose it to third parties except in cases such as:
- With member consent.
- Outsourcing parts of operations with proper supervision.
- Legal requests from authorities when consent is difficult to obtain.
- Cases required by law.
- Emergency situations protecting life, body, or property where consent is difficult.
- Public health or child welfare cases requiring urgent action.
- Members may request notification, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or cessation of provision of their personal information according to prescribed procedures, with identity verification and prompt response in accordance with laws.
Article 12 (Changes and Termination of Terms)
- The Company may change these Terms and their operation without prior notice to members.
- Changes will be posted on the Site's terms page and considered notice to members.
Article 13 (Disclaimer)
- The Company may suspend services or cancel memberships without notice in case of system or communication failures causing data loss or unavailability.
- Members are responsible for resolving any damages caused to third parties by their use of the service at their own cost.
- The Company assumes no liability for damages due to data loss or service unavailability.
Article 14 (Language)
The Japanese version of these Terms is the official contract document. Translations into other languages are for reference only and have no legal effect.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of Japan. In case of litigation between the Company and members, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
