Article 1 (Content of Terms and Conditions)
- The Company establishes the Terms and Conditions for Nippon SIM for Japan (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and provides the Service.
- The Company may change the content of the Service.
- The service area shall be the regions designated by the Company within Japan.
Article 2 (Service Usage Period)
- The contract for using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Contract") shall be deemed to have been established at the point when the Subscriber establishes communication using the eSIM/SIM card (hereinafter referred to as "SIM") necessary to use the Service.
- After contract establishment, the service provision period shall be the period specified on the following websites (dhamobile.jp).
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, data communication volume used with this Service may be limited in speed or terminated depending on the product plan during the valid period.
- Notwithstanding the second paragraph, if the Subscriber exceeds the expiration date noted on the SIM or package, the said SIM shall become invalid.
Article 3 (Restrictions on Transfer of Rights)
- The Subscriber cannot transfer the rights to receive service based on the Service Contract or the SIM.
- The Subscriber cannot allow third parties to use the Service. (However, in the case of corporate contracts, excluding corporate personnel related to the contracting corporation.)
Article 4 (ID and Password)
- The Subscriber shall bear management responsibility for the phone number and passcode information associated with the SIM (hereinafter referred to as "ID, etc.") and shall not allow third parties to use them.
- The Company may request the Subscriber to present ID, etc. when exercising rights under the Service Contract.
- The Company shall not be liable for damages to the Subscriber or damages the Subscriber causes to third parties due to theft of ID, etc. or SIM.
Article 5 (Service Usage Requirements)
The following requirements shall apply when using the Service.
- The Subscriber cannot use the Service with IP addresses other than those specified by the Company.
- The Subscriber shall not use communication methods other than SIM, nor connect to destinations other than those specified by the Company for dial-up connections.
- The Subscriber shall comply with the following regarding the SIM:
- Not disassemble, damage, or reverse engineer the SIM, or use it for purposes other than its normal use, except with the Company's consent
- Manage the SIM with the care of a good manager
- No replacement will be provided if the SIM is lost or damaged.
- The Subscriber cannot use the Service with terminal equipment other than those specified by the Company or those complying with technical standards prescribed by law.
Article 12 (Language)
The "Nippon SIM for Japan Terms and Conditions" written in Japanese is the official contract document between the Company and the Subscriber. Documents written in languages other than Japanese are translations for reference and do not have the effect of an official contract document.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, and in the event that a lawsuit becomes necessary between the Company and the Subscriber, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

- The service area shall be the countries or regions separately designated by the Company (please refer to the package).
Article 2 (Service Usage Period)

Article 6 (Restrictions on Child Pornography)
The Company may restrict communications for viewing or obtaining child pornography as defined in the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Related to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and Protection of Children (Law No. 52 of May 26, 1999).
Article 7 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend the provision of the Service when there are unavoidable reasons such as maintenance of telecommunications equipment, failures, or other circumstances. In such cases, the Company shall endeavor to notify of the suspension by posting on the Company's website related to the Service.
Article 8 (Suspension or Limitation of Use)
- The Company may suspend or limit all or part of the Service provision when the Subscriber falls under the following circumstances:
- When the Subscriber violates the obligations defined in these Terms and Conditions
- When the Service is used illegally or in a manner clearly contrary to public order and morals
- When the Service is used in a manner that causes significant interference to the use of services provided by the Company, directly or indirectly
- When the Service is used in a manner that may damage the credit of services provided by the Company
- When the Service is used in a manner deemed inappropriate by the Company, in addition to the preceding items
Article 9 (Contract Termination)
The Company may terminate the Service Contract when the Subscriber falls under the following circumstances:
- When the suspension of use based on the preceding article has been implemented, and the Company determines that the Subscriber's circumstances causing such suspension have not been resolved
Article 10 (Warranty and Limitation of Liability)
- The Company provides no warranty whatsoever regarding communication availability, latency, or other communication quality for the Service.
- The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by the Subscriber in relation to the use of the Service, regardless of the cause. However, this shall not apply if the damage is caused by the Company's intentional act or gross negligence.
- If the Company compensates a third party for damages caused by the Subscriber in relation to the use of the Service, the Company may seek reimbursement from the Subscriber.
Article 11 (Language)
- The "DHA Prepaid SIM (DHA SIM) Terms and Conditions" written in Japanese is the official contract document between the Company and the Subscriber. Documents written in languages other than Japanese are translations for reference and do not have the effect of an official contract document.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, and in the event that a lawsuit becomes necessary between the Company and the Subscriber, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
