Collection is available at Haneda, Narita and other major airports. Please check below for details.
How to Collect
Step 1
At the time of purchase, please enter the following in the input field on the cart screen:
① Your scheduled flight number
② Arrival date and time or departure date and time
③ Name of the recipient
Step 2
Select your airport in your shopping cart.
Order & Collection
Orders for airport collection must be placed at least 5 days in advance. Please complete your order by 3:00 p.m. JST (UTC+9). *If you wish to collect on 1 October, please place your order by 3pm on 26 September.
Please enter your flight details, arrival date and recipient name in the "note" section in your shopping cart (see above). Alternatively, please email the same details to order@dhamobile.jp.
You will be asked to produce your passport to collect your device. Please place your order with the name written on your passport. Please also note that your device cannot be collected by an agent.
Please check the operating hours of the counters at each airport. Collection is not available outside of operating hours. You will not receive a refund for changing your pickup location for overlooking operating hours.
*eSIM is issued via email and is not eligible for airport pickup.
